RFL handles goods receiving and storage, order picking, packing, labelling and delivery. We work with pallet, carton and piece orders, and prepare shipments for marketplaces and end customers. The service mix is tailored to your goods and sales channels.

We work with legal entities. Our services suit companies that need stock storage, regular order processing and organised dispatch. We do not store personal belongings of private individuals.

For responsible storage the minimum reservation is 300 pallet spaces. Fulfilment terms are calculated separately, based on stock, order volume and the operations required.

The price depends on the goods, the volume and format of storage, the number of operations and the delivery scheme. Storage is charged per pallet space or by the area used, including the agreed reservation. The service list, rates and payment terms are fixed in advance. Extra operations and their cost are agreed with you.

Send a request and tell us what you plan to store, how much space it needs and which operations you need. Order volumes and delivery directions also help. A manager will clarify the details, suggest a suitable site and prepare a commercial offer.

Agreeing and signing a standard contract usually takes up to two business days. If the project needs extra terms, the time depends on the volume of changes. Before signing we agree the service list, rates, the operating procedure and the parties' responsibilities.

A manager is assigned to your project. They support the launch and the day-to-day work, help with receiving, storage and dispatch, and coordinate with the warehouse. You have a permanent contact for operational questions.

We reconcile the stock, agree a collection schedule, prepare the goods and issue the dispatch documents. The time depends on the volume of stock and the operations required. How the work ends is set out in the contract, and the schedule lets you plan transport and receiving at the new site in advance.
